Free Quran Widget for iPhone & Android

What the free Quran widget includes

The free app gives you daily Quran verses in Arabic with your chosen translation, a Classic Home Screen verse widget, favorites and sharing. The iPhone Daily Verse Lock Screen widget is included.

Start with the free widget before choosing an appearance upgrade. You can read the verse without opening a feed or creating an account.

What Premium adds

Premium is optional. It adds widget designs including Modern, Serene, Bold, Minimal and Ornament styles, plus quote and custom-text widgets, streaks, reading statistics and additional Lock Screen variants.

The app also offers appearance options such as themes, backgrounds and icons. Check the in-app paywall for the current plan, price and included access. We do not advertise every style or theme as free.

Add the free iPhone widget

After installing and opening the app, hold an empty Home Screen area. Choose Edit → Add Widget, search for Quran Widget and choose the Classic verse widget. On older iOS versions, the + button opens the widget gallery.

For the Lock Screen, hold the Lock Screen and choose Customize → Lock Screen → Add Widgets. Select Daily Verse. A different widget showing a Premium prompt does not mean the free Daily Verse widget requires payment.

Add the free Android widget

Open the app once, then hold an empty Home Screen area and tap Widgets. Find Quran Widget, choose the Classic verse widget and drag it onto the screen. Leave enough empty space for the size you select.

Phone manufacturers use slightly different menus. Follow the Android setup guide for resizing and common missing-widget checks.

Keep control of optional subscriptions

Check the price and renewal terms before starting a plan or trial. Cancel an existing plan in Apple or Google subscription settings. Uninstalling the app or removing a widget does not cancel it.

If Premium is already linked to your store account, use Restore Purchase in the app. Contact support if the purchase and the widget access do not match.
